All structual work to building regulations approval. We will Install required steelwork to enable removal of truss sections

• Remove internal truss and rafters and fit new steelwork
• Install floor joists on hangers between steelwork

Install stud walls

• Trim for staircase entry point.
• Install bare staircase.
• Install and externally finish dormer windows (where applicable).
• Install Velux windows
• Install external roof vents.
